I was actually impressed with my call in order. 2 Turkey subs came out super fresh and cooked perfectly. Even though the site was super busy during a lunch rush, the team was quick and very polite. Wish I could give 7 stars. Thanks Dions!

Ok.. I/we love Dions! I don't live locally, but whenever I visit, this place is a go-to.
I rated service low because the 2 times I visited in the past month, I've observed young staff doing their best, but no leadership presence at all and each time I was in the store for about 10-15 minutes.
The 2 scenarios were not critical by no means, but I mention this because leadership should be visual to help staff, and on the most recent night, leadership presence was needed.

I usually don't write reviews for chains, but I had a great experience with an error in the order. The manager Aja made sure everything was set straight and the customers were happy. Food tasted amazing. 10/10 service.

You haven't had Dion's pizza yet!? Welcome to your new favorite! You will want the traditional Dion's experience with a slice of pepperoni and green chile complimented by a 1/2 ranch salad. Maybe a pastrami sandwich. Pace yourself, you can come back again. Guys, this place is still as good and awesome as when I worked in the Highland Dion's on Central in 1989. All hail Dion's ranch dressing!

First time eating here came with a friend that ate here at Dions. We ordered the huge green chili meat pizza. Was hot and delicious and never had any pizza like that. Staff was great keep up the great customer service and place was clean. I will definitely bring my family back to enjoy the food. Salad was also fresh and delicious 😋

We have been coming here for years, without incident (not that I remember), but I have been called to recommendatory service today due to the exemplary care of Alexis and her team!
Without any indication from us, they noticed that our order was delayed and came out to our car to check on us! She was quite kind and made sure we were well taken care of!
Mistakes are rare in our experience with Dion's, and it's probably because this is how they care for their guests. I couldn't recommend them more!

6/12/23: Wow! This place feels like my childhood. I was taken back to when we would go out as a family and enjoy a wonderful pizza in the 1980-90s. The pizza was perfect and just how I remember it. I want to come here every week, but we don't have these in Arizona. Cowabunga dude!

When I am in New Mexico I love to eat at Dion's. I got a sandwich today and it was excellent. I really like the pizza too. I like the green chili ranch sauce that they serve. Service was quick and the restaurant was clean as always. I would recommend this location. While leaving we got to see a fire down the street.

Delicious food, friendly staff, very large dining room and clean restrooms. Has a drive up window if you would prefer to call and pick up rather than eat inside. I recommend the veggie sandwich, it’s essentially a salad on their crispy, tasty bread. Yum!

The food here is great and so fresh. The customer service here is awesome and second to none! Ryan help us with our order treated us like we were family. The restaurant was busy but very clean. You can stand at a window inside and watch them make your pizza. Thanks for a great meal and visit.
