Mimmos

We enjoy eating at Mimmo's (now Sal's) - and do so at least 1-2 times a month. Always had good service and our meals were always consistent and good tasting. They have done well with special requests too. Always ordered off their menu - never tried the buffet though as that is usually not my thing. Their Chicken Parm is the best in ABQ! Sometimes people just like to complain here on Google. I bet they are a small minority so give it a try for yourself.

Nice Italian place. Spaghetti was amazing and im very picky about my marinara. My hubby had the calzone ... he ate it all.. what got me was the service. VERY attentive. Even thought of extra napkins. Not even my glass made it less than half way.. Kevin was great and so was his helper. Will definitely be back.

I have been here several times in the last year and I have been here now and then for years. I have not had a bad experience with the food or service. The food is very good. The service is fast, polite and professional. I have no problem recommending this Ristorante to anyone. In fact, on occasion I have brought guests from out of town. I really appreciate having a place with good, authentic Italian food that is reasonably priced and I know I'll have a good meal. I have had a few of the pasta dishes and the other night had a bit of a calzone that my wife had ordered. The calzone was excellent. The pizza has a reputation, well deserved, for being great. They have a decent beer and wine list for a small local place. All of it designed to go with the food. So if you are looking for good Italian food or pizza, stay away from a national restaurant,. Come to this local place for much better food and better prices.

Absolutely amazing pizza. Honestly, the best pizza I've had in years!! Stopped here on our trip in ABQ with 3 kids and husband and were pleasantly surprised how good the pizza was. We ordered a large half cheese and half pepperoni. Perfect amount of food to feed us all. Has a mom and pops feel. Definitely recommended.

Do you want one of your gluten free friends to admit they were faking it? Bring them here. Random Wednesday night; place is packed. Born and raised in chicago, and the food here is legit. Gnocchi is really good and so is the pizza; probably my favorite pizza place in Albuquerque now. Staff is legit nice as hell.
