Our waiter, Zy, was exceptional in every way. They were not only incredibly attentive but also remarkably quick in serving our meals. Their friendly demeanor made our dining experience all the more enjoyable, and their willingness to assist with the menu choices was greatly appreciated. Their personable nature added a personal touch to our visit. Without a doubt, a solid 5-star service! I can’t wait to go again!

I rate this place a 5/5 stars because every time I go I’m greeted with the best customer service and the food is delicious. Everything is exquisite and I’m super picky so that says a lot. You can tell the food is very articulated and the palate there is simply devine. Being in New Mexico it’s hard to find a place with good tasting fish, this place exceeds all expectations. All I have to say is GO, GO NOW. You won’t regret it.

Went on a Saturday afternoon and they weren't too busy. The cashier really helped us through deciding what we wanted and was friendly and knowledgeable about what they served and the flavors of the food. The starters arrived very quickly and the the food arrived shortly after. Overall, a great experience and delicious food.

I don’t do reviews until I eat more then twice. So here we go, this is a local business so I try hard to support local. First the staff: with no doubt the staff is fast to say HI, fast to throw out the foray smile. Now the food: I have been to uptown and Holly and both have this burger I can’t stop eating. SURF N TURF BURGER (hungry) you better be because this burger will dominate that gut with flavor! BAM your not hungry! Now the SHRIMP ROll is large n in charge. The clam chowder was yummy. Bring a wet towel with you lol Come in hungry leave wobbly 🕺🏽

Great quality seafood, lovely atmosphere and fantastic customer service! As someone who is trying to incorporate more fish into my diet, I'm very picky about seafood as I'm not a fan of the fishy taste that usually comes with it. The food here is so fresh! The lobster rolls are to die for and they have a variety of ways to cook the fish to your liking. Definitely looking forward to eating here again and again!

Quick and friendly service with great seafood options! Decided to stop in today for lunch while out doing errands. I never know what to expect with a new place but I was certainly not disappointed! The lady that greeted us when we walked in was super friendly and happy to explain how they do things. There was a board with all the fresh fish they had available for the day. It was nice to know we could pick anything listed for any dish whether we wanted it grilled, fried, blacked, or beer battered. There were so many options that sounded good we took a minute to think it over. We ended up getting more than we needed so we could try a mix of what they had to offer. We got their fish taco, lobster roll, lobster taquitos, and a clobster grilled cheese. Everything was delicious, but the taquitos were my favorite, hands down! They came with a small scoop of guacamole and a couple tangy, spicy sauces drizzled on top. They are wrapped in a flour tortilla and stuffed with lobster. The fish taco, while being fried didnt feel greasy, the cabbage, cilantro, and sauce made it light and fresh. The lobster roll isn't cheap, but was absolutely delicious. The roll is buttery and has crispy edges, while the lobster is lightly sauced but it doesn't take away from making the lobster the star of the dish. Everything here was so fresh and it's hard to find when it comes to getting seafood in Albuquerque.

I travel each week to a new city for work. I like to eat local eateries along my visits. Each night I go to a new place and have a taste of the local cuisines. But I never eat the same thing twice in one visit... Until Slapfish. I went in the first night and the store had some people who were not on shift yet, and literally the entire store was sat with patrons and each table had no food. I knew something was up. As i ordered the staff informed me they were handling the rush but were a little behind. Now this is where you can see an establishment truly come to life. The staff were supportive of each other, please and thank you were still being used betwen the team. And yes, the food took a few extra minutes to get out to the guests, but when it did, let me tell you... it was AMAZING! The staff were wonderful, but the food was FANTASTIC. I ate my three items and enjoyed every bite. It was so good that I came back the next night and tried two new things, and a repeat of my fish and chips from the night before. Amazing menu, diverse tastes, and fair market pricing for the items. Ovearll, a must visit if you cme across the Slapfish on your travels.
