As always, amazing service and food! I stopped by on the afternoon of Christmas Eve to order some takeout. You could tell, from the what seemed like over a hundred to-go bags/boxes on the tables, that they had been working since really early. And they still were taking care of folks that would walk in with the same type of service they always provide. I’ll of course continue to come back!

I have been a loyal customer of Rudy’s BBQ for a long time, and I always look forward to their delicious and satisfying meals. Their staff is friendly and attentive, and they make me feel welcome and valued. Today, I had the pleasure of being served by Michelle Y and Jennifer B, who were both professional and courteous. They took care of my orders promptly. accurately and checked on me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. I ordered the moist brisket sandwich, which was tender, juicy, and flavorful. The bark added a nice touch of spice and texture to the meat. The sandwich was filling and satisfying. I also got a breakfast burrito, which I love because they are easy to freeze and reheat. The burritos were packed with eggs, cheese, potatoes, and sausage, as well as some with chopped brisket, others with carne adovada and a nice juicy sausage, wrapped in a flour tortilla. It is a hearty and tasty way to start the day. Rudy’s BBQ is one of my favorite places to eat in Albuquerque, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves authentic Texas-style barbecue. Their food is always fresh, hot, and delicious, and their service is always friendly and efficient. They have a great variety of meats, sides, and desserts to choose from, and their prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity they offer. Rudy’s BBQ is a must-try for any barbecue lover.

I love Rudy's BBQ! Their moist brisket is to live for not die for ! Haha! I love Everything from here! There is nothing bad or haven't had a bad experience yet! There is a line sometimes but it moves rather quickly depending on the time you come in. Yummy would definitely recommend to anyone craving bbq! 😋

Great barbque, lucky to be there when they had their prime rib available (Thurs to Sun). SO VERY GOOD. Wait in line, but it is quick. They have a bunch of carvers slicing up the yummy meat to order. Sides are classic, grab your own. Next time, I will try the chocolate pudding, because there will be a next time.

I was helped by a super friendly employee named Gorge. He was efficient and helped me through the ordering process. He also suggested items to replace items I wanted, but they were out of. The food was excellent as well. I got turkey, brisket, peach cobbler, and pulled pork. Overall, I had a great experience.

We went in for takeout and got the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. The meat was mouthwatering. The brisket was tender and there was plenty for two meals. The pulled pork was the same way - tender and plentiful. Of course, you can just have sandwiches! We chose creamed corn - perfection! Potato salad, always a favorite was our second side. It's a feast for two, and we had enough for lunch the next day. We've never walked away disappointed!
