This was our first trip here and we really enjoyed it, we had the vegan huevos rancheros and the tofu vegan burrito. The chili sauces were delicious, had the perfect amount of heat to them. We also had a dark chocolate latte with soy and a blueberry muffin that was very tasty. The blueberry muffin was moist and the crumble on top was amazing! Perfect little small place for a simple breakfast or simple lunch we will definitely be back to try the lunch options!

The smoothest coffee and tastiest bean burritos! Highly recommend, I was blown away by the coffee. Specialty drinks were strong but not overly bitter or muddy and perfectly sweetened.

Absolutely lovely place! We thoroughly enjoyed everything. The owner (?) was so nice. Everything was delicious, especially the coffee, blueberry muffin, and veggie burger. All of the clientele was very nice as well. Great atmosphere and great food! We will definitely be back anytime we are in New Mexico.

Great vegan burritos and vegan cookies! Coffee is also awesome since they use a technique that does not burn the coffee beans during the roasting the process. If you need to do some laundry there is a place next door. Con: as of last month there is no bicycle rack and being so close to UNM I want to be able to securely lock my bike while enjoying a cup of joe

Great coffee! Awesome vegan meals! Being from Houston, you can't find green & red chili in Houston so it was a real treat to have Vegan green & red chili. Best wishes to V Roast Bistro for serving vegan options.

Best vegan breakfast in town. Does some "regular food" but the vegan dishes, especially the soup and scramble burrito really shine. Also, the CBD coffee is super good.

The best dirty chai aka porn star I've ever had. The espresso is smooth and tasty. Way better than starbucks. Rock on to the small business owner with a great product and atmosphere. Too bad I am going back to Chicago. :(

This is the best coffee I have ever had. It is so different from all the other coffee houses. Flavor is superb, no bitterness, just wonderful full-bodied delightfulness! Its quite a ways from my house, our I would be there everyday.
