Blake's Lotaburger

What started as yet again an absolutely nightmare, choosing to stop here knowing that countless times prior I've been let down by this store. An just like all of my visits as myself and 4 other cars sat waiting. I was not only greeted by a very rude gentleman in drive the thru I was told after paying to pull forward. REALLY for a simple Frito pie????? Hmmmm okay I watched car after car get delivered there food long after I had been waiting. I decided to put my car in park and go inside to use the restroom. I quickly noticed the young lady bringing out food to the other cars while I wait was cooking food. Frustrated and exhausted I went back to my car, just as another 10 minutes had pasted totaling in 26 minutes FOR A FRITO PIE, I'm about to go back inside but that young lady from inside came up to my car. Her quick attention to address my concern immediately with a smile on her face and positive attitude. Within less then 3 minutes I had my food in hand. I don't know how she did it watching her run around doing what seemed like all jobs in this store she still smiled and made me feel like me and my order really mattered to her, I would just like to thank you Tiffany because of your service I will be returning.

Wow wow wow! Can I say more wows! I have been going to this location for some time now and for a while it was getting questionable . But the last 2 weeks I have seen great improvement in your staff. And this morning I can through I was greeted so quickly and offered a new Frito pie. I almost got it but I had to stick with my #1 green. The gentlemen who took my order met me at the window with burrito in hand and a smile. I asked if he was new and if he was staying here. He said his name was Sean and that he wasn't permanent at this location but he would be around for a while. Everyone seems happier with their jobs and overall excited to be there .

Came for the advertised chile dog. Did not disappoint, BUT got distracted watching the burgers being made !! Smell was incredible, toppings looked great 👍 This is my favorite Blake's. Workers are so accommodating and friendly. SSDD. ORDERED a Lota burger and onion rings. The buns were stale and hard today.

Blake's tastes better than other burger places. Staff has always been polite. When they have me wait a little longer, I normally get fresh fries, which I appreciate it. I took off one star because I got cold fries from here once. The food here is normally pretty good, though. We're willing to wait for fresh fries, so just let us know it's gonna be a minute.
