The Cooperage Rest.

Fantastic! The salad bar was wonderful and fresh, the soups were good. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. My husband had the prime rib, it was the best we've had in years. I had the steak and baked potato, also extremely good. We are so impressed! We are fairly new to Albuquerque and had no idea.. If you are looking for a traditional steakhouse or just a great salad bar, give this place a try. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I celebrated her birthday at The Cooperage this year. We loved the ambiance of the whole place. It was on a Wednesday evening so it wasn’t too busy during our dinner. Parking is in the back of restaurant. The food was amazing. We ordered the chili cheese fries appetizer. Then we both ordered the Ribeye with the salad bar option. Both Ribeyes came out exactly how we ordered it. The wait staff was spot on, always coming by to check on us and tend to refills. At the end of the dinner and we got the bill. I was expecting it to be high but totaled lower than I was expecting. All in all we had a very enjoyable visit and plan to come back.

This was pretty incredible. I ordered the prime rib and shrimp special. It was delicious. The salad bar that comes with it is also really good, particularly the clam chowder that they serve on Friday nights. The environment is super cool too, it's kind of sectioned off into different rooms and old brick building.

The food was great, the service was 9/10 and the parking was pretty well. The orders were all right, though it was a little difficult to flag the server down for anything we needed. The music playing was awful. I like Christmas music, but the choices were poor and too distracting from a peaceful dinner. The prices are all pretty expensive. Looking at any steak, it's about $20 a person at LEAST which could be understandable but it's still pretty pricy for what you get. Aside from that, the visit was about a 7/10. They don't have any Ribeye steaks - a word of warning for anyone looking for Ribeye.

The food was very nice. My friend and I had the New York strip, cooked medium. The salad bar was great too, with all kinds of things to create the ultimate salad. We also ordered the drink of the day, which was also very good, called the mango margarita. Our server/bartender was also great. I would recommend this place to anyone that comes to Albuquerque. If you should so choose to try it out, be sure to ask for Sonny. He was our server and he was great!

One of my favorite places to eat! Perfect for just about any occasion because you can dress up or go casual. Large groups or intimate date night. Their salad bar is the best in the city as far as I'm concerned. Their menu ranges from the mid-teens or you can go all out and get the best fresh seafood with a perfect cut of steak. If you're a fan of prime rib then this will be your spot too. There's a nice bar and Friday and Saturday they have Salsa Dancing which is as fun as it sounds. I really can't say enough good things about The Cooperage. I highly recommend it, and if anything, just go for the salad bar to check it out. I'm pretty sure you'll go back time after time. ¡Salud!
