Starbucks

I have been here several times. Employees have been rude and making noticable remarks behind customers backs. One employee grabbed a drink out of my 16 yr olds hand when she said it wasnt made with soy. I did not notice this behavior these last two times we were here so i believe there have been some changes. That is why i have given them an extra star

This is a good location to visit, a little small, but still a nice place to drink a cup of coffee and read the paper. The staff is always friendly and there is outdoor seating, which is nice before the sun starts beating down. I bring my son here ever so often to get a breakfast sandwich before school. He would recommend the double-smoked bacon, cheddar and egg sandwich. I would recommend the spinach feta breakfast wrap. I have one issue though with the breakfast sandwiches, and it is not the staffs fault. When my son gets his breakfast sandwich, it is almost always cold (almost frozen) in the middle. I have sent the sandwich back to request additional warming, which the staff has obliged and still the middle is cold sometimes. This is an issue that Starbucks needs to address.
