Kolache Factory

The food was really good but the lady was awful when I went to pick up my order. She gave me a bid 'ol lecture on how I should have called and checked with them on which items were available because some of the items on the online ordering were not available and haven't been for a long time. I feel like they should remove those items from their online store if they don't have them anymore. She was also bothered that my phone number was incorrect and they couldn't get ahold of me to tell me the items were unavailable. I was fine dealing with it in store when I got there to pick up my order but clearly it was an issue on her part. I didn't get in there with her because I'll be moving and likely won't be returning. Even if I were staying in town that experience made me not want to ever return.

I was so excited to see a location in Albuquerque I bought my whole office kolaches just so they could try them and have there lives changed. My usual order is the Italian chicken croissant and the bacon egg and cheese kolache but I’ve never tried anything here and regretted it. Definitely worth the trip, just don’t get there too late or they might be running low on options.

Unique food worth a try!! Cinnamon roll, strudel, sausage, sausage and cheese, and Denver omelet were our favorite of what we tried!! Jalapeño popper was good, just super spicy! The plain fruit center ones aren't too sweet, so I'd skip those. They're basically filled dinner rolls. No utensils required. They're not as bread- heavy as they seem either, they have a good amount inside. We'll definitely be back and wish we'd been sooner!

This place was honestly so good and such a great location as well! Perfect for a nice dine in experience or even a quick pick up and go meal! The food was super delicious and the dough was amazing! The customer service was good as well and while I was dining in, the owner came to check up on me and say hello! After finishing my meal, I ordered for 4 of my family members and surprised them all at work and they all LOVED them as well! I’ll definitely be back with more friends and family! 🙌🏼

Totally love the Kolache Factory!! This location is clean and great. We ordered online and showed up before it said it would be ready and it was already to go and the food was fantastic as always! We love to get a box or two for the family and bring them home and warm them slightly and eat them as a family. One of the great things about Kolache Factory was that everyone gets to choose something they like because they have such a variety. Will definitely go back and highly recommend!
