Sonic Drive-in

I can't say the experience was bad today... HOWEVER, I order the chicken tender/strips meal. Everything was great.............. well, except the gravy (?). It was white water. Zero flavor and wouldn't even stick to the breading on the chicken. Still need to bring back Styrofoam cups. I understand the reasoning, but they keep a Route 44 drink cold and with ice while the paid does not.

I was on foot, so, I stopped at the little walk up order kiosk, terrible neighborhood, and it was already dark, I really shouldn't have been walking anywhere that late in such a sketchy area, but I had to get that root beer float! Anywho, I ordered, waited about 10 minutes, sat on a planter, about 5 minutes later one of the workers finally notices me, asks 'can I help you?' and I replied 'no thank you, it's been about 20 minutes since I placed my order, so I'm assuming the one drink that I purchased should be ready anytime now.' she walked inside, grabbed my drink, and brought it to me. She apologized saying there was only one person making drinks that night, and I said 'its no problem, I understand how someone could get flustered, especially in fast food and since there were 2 other customers the whole time I've been waiting, have a good night' and I left. I went back a couple of days later, this time before it was dark, 3 employees standing at a vehicle parked closest to the door, passing around a joint between them and the car, they looked at me, kept smoking, not bothering to acknowledge a customer. I went to order and the worker inside, I'm assuming the manager, completed the transaction, then all 3 employees went back in to work. So classy. Dope floats though!

I went in around 3:00pm on a busy $.99 corn dog day. Proceeded to order 10 corn dogs, as any normal person does on cheap corn dog day lol. I ordered onion rings too. The onion rings slowed things down, not long, but long enough for Eric to be mindful and let me know what the hold up was. He apologized more than once for the wait, you could tell he wasn’t only taking drive thru orders but also listening and communicating with the other staff all at once. All that with a good attitude and providing fantastic customer service. Thanks man!

For it being busy the line went by fast!🤟 From the nice gentleman taking our order to the lovely lady who cashed us out. They made sure my order was good before leaving! Rarely at most drive thrus! Was cool 😎 The car hopp was on it!!!! Staff professional!! & Cool drinks too!!! Never seen then in the plastic only foam!!! 🙏👌
