Burger 21

I am so impressed by this place. I’ve gone twice so far and it has consistently been great. They make a great medium rare burger with excellent flavor, and I enjoy the lettuce wrap option. The fried pickles are wonderful as well. Both times the customer service has been superb and the food has gotten to us pretty fast.

The food was superior! I had the Cheesey burger, onion sticks & a Butterfinger shake. The service was WAY above average. Our server & a man that possibly was the owner checked on us to see if we needed anything during dining. I routinely don't eat everything and take some of my meal home for later but everything I ordered was SO good that I ate it all. It was finger lickin delicious!!

I've always been surprised by the somewhat lower than usual aggregate review score for this place, as I've been several times and always had a great experience. The Southern fried pickle burger was delicious, and the onion strings were tasty as well (especially when dipped in the 21 sauce). Only downside of the large portion size was that they cooled down a fair amount. Service was also great this time; the cashier was very polite. I can also recommend the BBQ bacon burger based on past visits.

A burger joint out of ketchup! Really? The food is good. Not real comfortable dine in, but it's burgers so ok for that venue. Service needed help, however. Maybe smile a little, and speak up when calling orders ready instead of dumping them on the counter to get cold and barely calling for customers. It is still worth it for a good burger that is far and above fast food counterparts. Oh and save yourself from their 21 sauce if you dislike pickle flavor.

This place is actually really really good! I don't come here super often, but probably once a month and it is consistently one of the best burgers in Albuquerque. The service is phenomenal, I think he's the manager but he's always asking how everything is and Thanking us for coming in. He seems very genuine. And like I said it's consistently good and very tasty. The shakes look amazing! I haven't tried them yet but I'm going to get to those very soon.

I am on a diet, extremely restricted, and wanted a cheat.....i picked the right place. I love burger 21 in el paso and this one here in ABQ is better! The food was prepared perfectly to my specifications which were: 3 SLABS of meat, bacon, cheese on every patty, avacado, and whatever that cook did to the meat! Keep doing it bro! You are amazing! Got some sweet potato fries and out the door i went. Keep it up guys! Ill be back very soon!

We went to celebrate my son's birthday. He loves cheeseburgers, and he was excited about going to Burger 21. The staff were very nice, making sure that space for a large party. And, they were very accommodating, making sure that we all had what we wanted. It's a nice atmosphere, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good night out, but especially anyone who is a Burger connoisseur. ______________ Update: April 13th 2021. I came by for take out for a Tuesday night dinner. I got a double cheeseburger, and my wife got the black and blue. We also got half & half, shoestring fries and shoestring onion rings. It was still good! I guess I'd give it a 4 again. The food was ready when I got there, and still warm when I got home. There were a few people dining in, but it was not crowded. I'm putting up new photos. Take a look!

We were craving a burger, husband and I found this place and we loved it. Good size portions, very tasty, fresh and clean! We added hatch chilis to our food and wow!!! I was able to find something that was dairy and gluten free! Santa Fe salad with no cheese balsamic dressing on the side. Thank you MISSI for making sure my food was right!!! Xoxo
