Kfc

This is the only KFC location in the city that takes the customer needs first. The three customer service employees I dealt with all had smiles and an upbeat tone I'm their voice. They made sure that my order was correct and I was happy before I left. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. Whoever owns this location takes pride in the customer experience. I live about 3 blocks from the central and tramway, but that location is filthy, and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I go out of my way just to come to this location. I think everyone should come here.

Finally getting to a KFC that actually had chicken ready to go was nice. They had the bucket I was looking for and they were very nice there. The KFC on East Central ran out of chicken and told me it would be about 20 minute wait. I was not happy, so I went down Central to the Church's and guess what No Chicken it was dinner time they said it was a 15 minute wait. I was so angry, I don't understand how these two chicken restaurants are out of chicken. Don't you think that they would have had some cooking before they ran out. That just got me so mad I will never go to those two restaurants again. Thank goodness the KFC on Eubank and Menual had chicken. That is not the first time that these places run out of chicken at the wrong time. Come on people think ahead it was dinner time. Myself I don't like chicken, but I went for someone who had just got out of the hospital.
