Wingstop

Update at end. We love this place. The wings are amazing. I was never really a fan of Bone in wings. However this place has sold me. We come here because the Atomic. We love the other places BWW Hooters ect. However, when it comes to flavor and heat, Wing Stop is the place. I would have to say the heat level is just low enough you can enjoy each wing, but Hot enough you can show off to your friends. The Voodoo Fries are a must. We love them and will always order them when we go.. So we have decided to come back. And this will be the last. We asked for a water. . You know just one of those free cups. They charged us for Reg drinks. Asked for a refund and water free cups. Two managers said they don't give free water. Sorry, we will stick with BWW.

Ordered online for pickup: 30 wings, 3 different flavors, 3 sides of ranch. All I can say is WOW. The new Hot Honey sauce is AMAZING, it's the perfect bland of sweet and spicy. Lemon pepper of course is a classic and I kick the heat up with Spicy Korean BBQ. This order came out 10/10. The restaurant was a little busy but the manager (I'm assuming) offered all of us waiting a complimentary beverage which honestly was unexpected and very nice. The food was very fresh and perfectly seasoned. Amazing job to this location 🔥🔥

This location is pretty awesome! My ticket got mixed up on a super busy night and it was my fault for not noticing immediately but I called it in later and they said they'll make it up to me. The next day I called it in and the manager is a good dude. He refunded me the difference AND made me a new order with twice as much food as I originally ordered! Plus the whole crew was really great, they took care of me and were polite and just a cool laid back crew. I recommend this location 💯

So let me start by saying, I messed up. Me. I forgot to change the "ASAP" to "Later" when ordering online. I realized almost instantly after placing the order and tried calling the store to fix it. I was repeatedly placed on hold over and over (about 4 different time) for about 4 minutes at a time before I would hang up and try again. I was trying to get the order fixed before it was ready. On the last try, I ended up getting through and they told me my order was ready. As we were not ready to eat for another 2.5 hours I asked if there was anything that could be done. The manager was kind enough to make a note on our order. They did ask for me to make sure my order is correct next time before placing the order. However when we went to pick up the food the store was super busy, but our food was hot, fresh, and ready. Thank you current manager on 11/12/22!

We don’t eat Wing Stop often and the last time we ordered, it was about 1-2 months ago. Unfortunately at that time, our order was made incorrectly. We called, they offered to remake the order but with 4 very hungry kids at home, we didn’t have time. They let us know we could get our order remade at any time and kept that promise months later. The staff was also super friendly from the start of the call until pick up. Highly recommend this location.
