Taco Bell

I go here once a week for the last 4 years. The last 4 to 6 months have been horrible. Personal pizzas not cooked, I had a bean burrito that was cold and the tortilla was dry, it was freshly made because the cheese wasn't melted. That was a mouthful of disgusting. I just ordered today and I have a decent outlook on this location, I drove away and was handed the complete incorrect order. I'm just disappointed that I cannot have an easy lunch before work. Hope it gets better, I'll try again in a few months.

Ordered individual pizzas that were so doughy you couldn’t eat them. Tried to contact them and phone would ring and ring and ring. No one answered after numerous times. Had to call corporate office but no luck there either since I have not been contacted. I would not recommend ordering pizza at this Taco Bell/Pizza Hut drive through on coots blvd. waste of money

I pulled up to the location 10 minutes before close and saw all the lights off and multiple employees outside smoking. I asked if they closed at 2am and they responded “yes”. I then told them I had a delivery to be picked up and was informed that “they will not be getting their food and they don’t know what to tell me” horrible customer service and work ethic. If you don’t want to work the closing shift then don’t agree to do it. I took a video as well.

HORRIBLE!! They advertise their pizza combos at $6.29 on the menu and a poster by the register. After ordering, I noticed on my receipt I was charged $7.50. I asked the manager why I was overcharged, she claimed “the price went up.” You cannot raise your prices without updating the pricing on the menu, this is FALSE ADVERTISING! The manager offered a free taco or some cinnamon twists as compensation. To make matters worse, they retaliated against me by forcing me to wait 25 mins for a pizza I was told would take 5 mins. I would have simply asked for a refund but was ignored the entire time I was standing at the register waiting. Corporate needs to investigate this location and management needs to be terminated. Do not patronize this establishment!
