I've been to 316 Mein a few times now, and I can confidently say that it's my new favourite place to go for a meal in Belfast. Amazing food, (both in variety and quality), very friendly and welcoming staff, and a very warm and comfortable atmosphere in the restaurant. I'd gladly recommend it!
