When it opened, it would have gotten 4-5 stars. They had rewards, super nice staff, and coupons making it worth going. Now the staff are friendly but they feel like they are hovering over you like you are a shoplifter. The machines are frequently broken down so flavors are limited frequently. They give free generic water bottles now with your purchases but it doesn't fix the rest.

very good froyo place with lots of flavors and lots of toppings. you serve yourself, they weigh it, and you pay.
once, we were inside, eating our froyo as they were starting to close. the staff locked the front door, and about a minute later, a girl walked up with some of her friends. she tried the handle, it didn't budge, and she made the biggest pouty face ever made by an adult. it cracked up half the people still inside the store.

Good cold yogurt in an easy in and out setting at Bradlee Shopping center. It's self-serve and clean with four or five small tables and a couple of chairs for outside. It can get crowded on summer weekends after kids soccer and softball.
