If you’re going to require a face mask for vaccinated individuals then I suggest you have face masks or an alternative to provide consumers. Otherwise it looks like you’re being lazy, or that the that there’s sloppy management or just that the owner is bad in business. And if you answer consumers the way you answered me today, you’ve will never see a penny from my wallet again. Good luck with your nasty attitude this morning.

First time at a Dunkin Donuts in Virginia. On my walk to work this morning around 8am, I stopped by for a mixed dozen. Just under $12. Co-workers enjoyed them. I had a glazed donut which is my favorite. It was delicious. Friendly staff and the service was fast. In and out in less than 2 minutes or so. The inside was clean and smelled good. Happy day

I've been to this Dunkin Donuts a few times over the years and somehow they always get my order wrong such as dumping sugar in my coffee when I say no added sugar. I've had a few problems with their point of sale terminal where I've stood there for 20minutes on my way to work and waiting for their terminal to unfreeze. Last time it happened I had taken a sip of my small coffee and I was running way late and the guy wouldn't let me come back later and give him a few bucks for the hastle. Additionally, they now decline service to anyone without a mask despite full vaccination status. Overall just too many negative experiences there. Poor service, wrong orders, and now this whole mask thing despite being 100% vaxxed?

Chain establishment. Consistency is always an issue for me at Dunkin. Away for a convention and running late. Reluctantly ordered a breakfast sandwhich from DD and was average at best. Pictures .ake it look good but what you receive never matches the photo. But i know and expect that. #getwhatyoudeservewheninahurry

I walked in there and the two women at the front were either doing their nails or in the phones. One kept her air pods in while “listening” to my order. My order was….One coffee with cream and an everything bagel. What I got was a black coffee and plain bagel. The person that handing out the food even told me, “here’s your everything bagel”. If you are not willing to do it right….don’t do it. I also tried to call the store, shockingly enough, no one answered…. Absolutely ridiculous. It NOT that difficult
