Domino's Pizza

I placed my order at 9:00 A.M. for pickup at 6:00 P.M. I arrived a few minutes early and the lady asked me what time I placed the order. I told her and they started my order. Took until about 6:10 to get it which wasn't too bad. The pizza was good and they offered me a free drink as compensation. We tried the new cheeseburger and chicken taco pizzas. Overall not bad, but I don't see why it matters what time I place the order.

I ordered Two pizzas online, they canceled one for no reason. I had to wait extra 10 minutes. The worst of all, employees even refused to own their mistakes.because of their mistake, I lost points and wasted time. I am not going to this store again. Don’t ask for the manager he is not there to help. Very arrogant and rude. I will Still follow up with corporate.

We are in front of the domino's.Closing time normally 1 am but the workers closing at 12 am.They are always doing this.They are not following the rules.They are inside the restaurant but they are not opening the door.We talked also Indian person who was working in the domino's.He said I can't serve right now because I should leave today is Saturday.

More than an 75 mins for two small items to be delivered. Manager didn't care and blamed his staff. This store is a great example of how not to run a franchise. Customer service was garbage and phone etiquette could be refined. If you can't properly hire and maintain staff and then make a proper schedule, don't become a manager. The photo is of my hotel lobby. Where I have been sitting for an hour waiting. Those are the doors they haven't come through.

Called to place an order and a machine picked up asking what I wanted to order. Why can't I speak to a real person to order pizza? I couldn't get a real person on the phone so I hang up they then called me with a real person but by that time I didn't want to buy from Domino's. They called 3 more times even after not picking up. On the last call they left a voice message of 44 seconds saying nonsense. It was a very weird experience.

ordered on the app, came inside to pick up my food. was ignored by a middle aged man, continually saying “ hi i am here for my order. “ he continued to ignore me until i got my boyfriend to go inside and he handed him the food instantly. he apologized to my boyfriend because he said he fell asleep while watching a show? however when i got inside he was walking around in the store and sat in the corner with a stool watching his show and ignored me. i placed my order on 9/26 around 8 pm. extremely disappointed and our pizza was burnt also but already drove off by the time we got home.
