If I could give no stars I would’ve. The first time I went in this same night my order was simple at least I thought. No mayo no mustard. Nope a glob of mayo and mustard and cold fries. I go back no mayo no mustard…. Got the no mayo right still mustard at this point I don’t want to give send my burger back through the window, fries hard as a rock and close to burnt. So this is what I came up with. Throw the top bun away and the fries too. Twice in one night on the same order!!! Oh my burger wasn’t even cooked throughly.

Traveling from Dallas to New Orleans stopped at this McDonald's to have lunch worst service ever ghetto girls not one professional food service employee there faces on them not happy they were literally throwing orders on the counter yelling number we asked if one of those was our order and the Manager I think she was Red shirt long braids gave us a dirty look People with those kind of customer service should not being working in food service or any other Customer Service place.😡

My visit to this location was not so great. Although they have two line to order, by the time I made it to the speaker after 18 minutes, she told me to hold on while the other speaker had 4 cars to order before me. After I ordered, I was ask to wait again for my order to come out and then had to go inside to get ketchup. I didn't want to get out and the reason why I waited in the drive up.
