I always enjoy the many choices on the menu. I ordered the Butter burger, small fries and small soda. Only complaint was the burger was dry and had a crunchy outer crust. Usually they are moist and great.

Very good food as usual and expected. Brought close to 50 Nordic skiers in with 45 min. notice and they rocked it. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Very kind and courteous. Thank you!

Took 20 minutes to get two single topping sundaes and a chocolate malt. Five cars after us with food were served first. Outside of the dishes were dirty/sticky. Ingredients not requested in the sundaes as floating objects. Malt was soupy. Not a pleasant experience. Too bad we drive an hour to have this treat and then can't eat it. Disgusted.

This was my second experience at a Culver's. It was as wonderful as the first. I went for the double butterburger with cheese, and all the veggies. It was splendid. Everyone in my family loved what they ordered too. Thanks Culver's!

Efficient during Sunday lunch rush. Food was done to order, despite the rush.
Good teamwork and polite worker interactions were witnessed. So this seems like a good place no matter which side of the counter you are on.

A guy brought out some food and accidentally knocked a corn dog out of my classmates hand as she was about to take a bite. While she was on the verge of tears, another classmate brought her to the front, told the clerk and got a free corn dog. For the rest of the night, the same guy used that exact spot as a pivot point without realizing. Regardless, he wished us well with every meal he brought. They also added extra marshmallow cream to my concrete mixer just like I asked. Some places won't do it.

Stopped here for dinner on a road trip and got a butter burger, fries, and concrete mixer. The burger and concrete mixer were both excellent, but the fries weren't anything special. As a burger and mixer guy, though, that was fine by me. This is my go to stop in Alexandria.

Great "fast food chain"... the owner actually works the counter and I'd spend my money anywhere, when management/owner works with their there employees and they dont work for their owner. America has lost this aspect in today's world. Always great food and custer!
