Little Caesars

I guess this one was not hot n ready. Outside crust was so thick, it did not completely cook through. Also the outside of the pizzas must of had cheese or something else on it to cause it to burn. All 3 pizzas were the same as far as the burnt areas. I have never really had a bad experience at this location until Saturday. Might have to pay out a little more to get a better pizza elsewhere.

Drive through order. Had 5 cars before so I figured it would take longer than usual. Guy asked me to park and they would bring order out. I left my kids in the car and went in to check on the order. Waited patiently to be helped. At this point it’s been over 40 minutes. I had to stop the lady working to ask about my order. She told me without a name on the order how is she suppose to know. I told her what I ordered and she walked off. Another 5 minutes and a customer tells me she thinks lady working just started my order. Has been an hour and I need to leave. I ask the lady to cancel my order and she asks me how she is to know that I didn’t just come in to rip them off. Stunned at this response and with kids waiting in car I pull up my banking app to get the total from my order(they never offered me a receipt when placing order). I tell her the total and she prints me a receipt for the refund. She doesn’t offer to make it right or even apologize. If they do recordings with audio I would gladly give a time so they can review this footage and use it in training on how not to treat people. Was cool the whole time knowing being rude to this lady does nothing. One of my worst restaurant experiences and never again. Do not recommend.

Quality at this location the past few months is shabby at it's best. Pizzas have been poorly made and cooked with bald spots. Hardly ever open when they say they are, if there are any employees you may be told they're closed at this time. Be careful when placing an online order, they will charge you while not being open. Before the past few months this place was a solid 5 🌟 every month for the past couple years. Sadly it's definitely not anymore.
