This particular location is also cute and quaint. Their employees are usually attentive and provide accurate service. For the most part they are clean and let people hang out as needed. Their baristas usually know when to give discounts and will also provide suggestions in case you happen to ask for one. This location is close to the freeways, gym, businesses, as well as to a couple of extended university campuses.

I tried to use my free drink offer. I showed the barrista the code and he put it into the register. I ordered the drink. The barrista then said the order didn't go through. He put the order in again. Then he said I had redeemed it already. Not so! It must have been lost in the first failed transaction. I ended up with no drink and a lost offer. I was totally dissatisfied. I contacted Customer Service through the chat function. After a bit of dialog, the rep gave me some stars, which made up for the drink. Still it was a frustrating experience.
