Nice place. I get my coffee and muffins here and I always get a good point deal with the combinations. The store is very clean and have all thier items organized so I won't get lost on what I'm looking for. The staff are also very down-to-earth and kind. I've been going to this place for the better end of 17 years, and all that time I would recommend this place for a quick stop and maybe find some good point deals.

Today I asked for the two chimichangas in the heater. Bonnie said that they were dry and I told her that I wanted them anyway. She said that she didn't want my stomach to be effected by them and I told her that I like them when they're dry and crunchy. (In fact, I always eat a lot of my food that way.) Then as she's about to put them in a box, she shows them to me and I say that I want them. Then she puts them back and says she's going to cook some new ones for me. So I decide to just pass. She not only disrespected my wish, but as a person who never likes it when someone treats me like they're my mother unless it's my actual mother, I am so angry about this, because she sounded so much like she was mothering me. This put me in a bad mood.

Terrible customer service. I went in to grab a cup of water and the first cup I grabbed had a hole in it so I threw it out. I grabbed another cup to fill it with soda and the manager came up to me and told me I had to pay for all the cups I used, claiming there was 3 or 4. I tried to explain to him that at I only threw the one cup away because of the hole and he kicked me out.
