You can pay fast track tickets here, cash only no debit taken for this transaction for some reason. $2.00 fee for ticket & whatever you owe from fast track ticket. Make sure cashier puts in right amount for ticket fee. Other then that seemed ok to me. Highly recommend taking care of fast track tickets here now that you how it works.

The cashier lady is very rude I had my phone music in my pocket and she tells me to turn it off because she’s on the phone with her friend and I can hear her talking about me because she keeps saying music in English it’s like what right does she have to tell me that her personal phone call is more important than my music on my personal cell phone, I will never shop at this 711 ever again and will encourage my friends and coworkers not too shop at this location, I work construction and I’ve been going to 711 for 25 years and never treated like that! Reading this is not even enough on how upset she actually made me and I was only in there for about two minutes to buy my energy drink and be on my way. I hope she changes her treatment for people differently and for the best

Had gone to buy some snacks and was on my phone when she yells at me in a rude way. I ignored it and when it was my turn I moved up to buy my snacks when she proceeds to give me attitude. This Lady cashier was rude and for the first time being there I never want to go back. Really think her customer service needs to be fixed before she is let to be a cashier. There are many ways to appreciate the situation and I think any other approach could have been better than how she acted! Very disappointed.

The customer service is terrible, I went in to buy a drink and the drink scanned as the wrong price. So I told the cashier that the price is different and walk to show him the price and he stood there and argued with me about the price that I was looking at and trying to show him. I decided to leave and just not come back. It not worth the trouble. He could have came to see the price and made the price adjustment for me. Then if he need to correct the shelf price he could’ve done that, but he wanted to argue with me and the price was clearly exactly what I said smh, terrible customer service...
