This is definitely the best spot to get Pasta in California. I have been to the top Italian restaurants and Union sets the bar for the Best pasta in CA. The wild mushrooms and polenta dish was amazing - and that polenta was so finely milled that it was silky. The polenta made another appearance as a creamy vanilla sweet desert later. We had 3 pastas - each notable for a twist on the traditional version. The lamb, oh, the lamb. We also ended up with a to go bag full of the largest, most tasty pork chop I've ever seen. It is now one of our favorite date spots.

Had an awesome dinner time at Union. The Squid Ink Pasta was a good balanced dish between the fennel, lobster, and a hint of citrus zest. I highly recommend the Squid Ink, and the Octopus appetizer. The other pastas definitely needed more balance to the dish (the duck pasta tasted like a ball of mush). Thank you for the complimentary dessert for my sister and my brother in laws wedding anniversary 😀

As a tourist I just have to say this is the best restaurant I’ve ever been too! The food is to die for, the staff, Terrance and Chris, were absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable of the menu, super attentive and polite. I 1000% recommended this restaurant for anyone that wants to eat amazingly well!

Awesome spot for Italian food in Pasadena. Been waiting to come here for months now and it did not disappoint. Everything I order was freaking amazing and some of the best pasta dishes I have had in my life. Get there early so you can grab a piece of that wonderful porchetta, which comes in limited supply daily. The octopus was great and lots of layers of flavor, all the pastas where bomb and finally get yourself a bottle of red wine. You’ll like this spot
