The staff was really friendly, they were even happy to add a plain patty for my dog to my order. My order took about 8-10 minutes to come out, but they have great seating options. Food was delicious and hot. We got charburgers and a Santa Barbara char. The only issue I had was that the way they packaged our food, all the fries were falling out of their containers. No biggie, but I wish the fry containers were a little different.

Cozy habit spot with lots of outdoor seating. Order screens which are very convenient. Clean restrooms. Plenty of free parking spots. Kids friendly

Made a 4th of July appearance with my children - my puppies. To he store was kind enough to let us all come in and pick up my food which tasted awesome! Kinda felt bad for those who had to work but Im sure an extra 6 hours on minimum wage pay was more than worth losing their holiday!

I ordered online through the app, and it arrived cold, poorly assembled, and missing 1/3 of the items. .3/10 would not recommend.

The management offered me a fist full of char tickets to make up for the bad order. I ordered in person this time and it was a much more pleasant experience. Thank you for turning a negative experience into a positive one, I appreciate your efforts and helpful staff. 8/10 will return again.

EDIT: The bbq bacon burger is wonderful, the garlic fries are a bit unusual but still tasty

I had the French onion char and I really enjoyed it. only regret is I should’ve asked for 2 Patties and it would’ve been perfect. Franchises imma comment on from location to location. This one was clean, food was good and brought out in good time. Nothing felt or tasted old. Burger was great and so were the fries.

Could be better the toast was awesome I just wish they dont cut the sandwich in half let out all that heat.

We are vegan and always liked their veggie burger made vegan style. But we were super excited to find they now have an Impossible Burger as well! The only downside is how many toppings had to be removed to keep it vegan. Note to fellow vegans the grilled onions and mushrooms are prepared with butter and there is no option for vegan cheese or Mayo. Overall still a good find and delicious burger! Best eaten in house hot off the grill.

This fast food restaurant is tops! A large selection of great freshly prepared food when ordered. The burgers are so delicious, and great with the fries or sweet potato fries which are cooked when ordered. Due to Corona Virus, there's no inside dining, but there are plenty of tables and chairs outside.
