Atlantic Seafod Company

We went to Atlantic Seaford Co with a party of 10. They asked us at the time of reservation how many lobsters we planned to order so they would have enough and then asked us again as soon as we got there because another big party was arriving. Several people in our party ordered lobster, but we also ordered Blackened Scallops, the Mixed Broil, gumbo and other things. See photos. There were empty tables near us, but the restaurant was still pretty loud. The food was good but not amazing. The service was attentive. The restaurant was clean and I like that the tables are not on top of each other. I'd like to go back to try their sushi menu sometime. I'm a dessert person, but couldn't order anything to end my meal because everything on the dessert menu was high in dairy so they might want to think about adding some fruit pie or chocolate cake or something that doesn't include milk or cream. All that said, it was a nice meal and I'd return, but it wouldn't be my first choice for a seafood dinner.

I have found my new seafood restaurant in Atlanta!!! Why did it take me so long?! The food was cooked to perfection! I had the mixed broil, scallops, shrimp, and grouper...all amazing. My son had the fried shrimp...the shrimp were so big that he couldn't even finish! Overall, great service and great food...will definitely be back!!!!

Good sushi. Mostly poor service. Shady pricing. Came for sushi at 3pm since most other places aren't open. Couple of surprises. Greeter nowhere to be found so we seated ourselves at the sushi bar. Unlike every other sushi bar I've been to, the chef ran off for help from the bartender - who was very nice and helpful. The bartender took our drink order (hot tea) which was delivered by a fourth server. Then the greeter showed up and gave us a hard time for not waiting for her first, then walked off before we could ask for menus. After about 15 more minutes with no menus and a cold breeze coming in from the front doorway, we sought to change our seats. Greeter disappeared again so we sought out the wonderful bartender who transferred us and sent over a server. I ordered the sushi sashimi lunch combo and my wife got the $10 lunch special. Note: combo comes with either soup or salad and cheaper special comes with both. Sushi later arrived and was quite good. When the bill arrived I noticed the hot teas were $8. It's got to be some of the most expensive tea bag tea in the city. What surprised me more was the $10 lunch special was $12. Heh. Am I going to fight for the $2? Nope. But I'll review the service.

Reserved here for my mom's Christmas Eve birthday. They aren't up for the task on such a busy night. The service was extremely slow, arrived about 75min after our order was placed. It was all cold, misplaced orders, missing items. They were extremely busy, understand, but by that standard it was still disappointing. The flavor was not questioned, but the experience was not great. They did try and make it up to us, just wasn't a great experience overall.

Had fun going to eat here! Our server was great he really took care of us an also recommended some great things to eat. Food is pretty pricey, we had a lot of great things just felt like the food could have been better for the price. The snow crab legs were great!! Overall we had fun and really enjoyed the environment they have created. We ate outside and it was set up beautifully! Thank you, we will be back!

Deep-fried? Not this place. If your version of comfort food is delicately balanced flavor, perfectly flaky fish, rich sauces and interesting ingredients, then you are among kindred spirits here. The service is excellent, the staff carries on a conversation while paying close attention to ensure your enjoyment of your meal. The highest quality fish goes into every meal, and there is such a variety available (grouper, trout, prawns, lobster) that you are certain to find a favorite. I hope you enjoy your meal as much as we did.
