Chick-fil-a

They do not not listen at this location or care to. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles. Received a broken up sandwich with no extra pickles. Ask the girl to use up the balance on my app and debit the rest. She put the whole order on my debit card! When I asked for a refund the girl tried to argue with me and was unapologetic and it took a manger 5 minutes later to give me a refund. Will not return to this location.

We were really excited about the remodel/rebuild being finished so we could start picking up food again after work. We have been 4 times so far and each time has gotten worst. I assumed that the new lay out meant it would be faster, but that is definitely not the case. It has been slow, the teenagers who work there are either rude or do not know what they are doing (or both), and every time we get fries the containers are half full or even less. It has been really disappointing from a brand that prides themselves of efficiency and customer service. I really hope they can get it together and hopefully it will be sooner rather than later.

I've been going to this chik-fil-a at least once a week for the past 5 years. 9 out of 10 times I get the fries like this in the picture. Its such a minor/remedial problem that I have just been letting go.. but this is just so annoying. No other chik-fil-a location gives me fries like this.. its always this holcomb rivermont location. Not to mention their nuggets are always so dry

I went to this location this morning and got chicken minis, I noticed while eating that the chicken was chewy and undercooked, and the biscuit was still doughy and soggy. About 30 minutes after eating I threw up, I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend anyone to go there either.

Very good service. All staff seemed very young - but service was very friendly and polite - the Chic-fil-A standard (about 8 of 10 on the Chic-fil-A scale). And fast and accurate. They did forget my utensils though (straw and a fork) but it was otherwise Very Good service. I Love Chic-fil-A. Best healthy fresh fast food around.
