Worker was rude, she stated she was closer and that she was there alone. Which I understood but there were pretzels already made and she could have kindly stated “ I am here alone these are the only pretzels available I’m sorry for the inconvenience!” I don’t know customer service is so hard for people now days smh.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went there today around 7:30pm, which is almost an hour and a half to closing. Let me start off by saying they had maybe two pretzels which were both raisin flavor for sale. I asked if I could have an almond, the girl said 6 minutes, I said ok, she looked annoyed when I said I would wait, the man in the back making the dough rolled his eyes. I came back about 10 minutes later and he goes oh we sold it, I make them one at a time. Sir you and I both know you made nothing, whoever owns this franchise, now you know why you are losing money. You need to find employees who wants to work.

The service is by the people, who are, African American, black, ignorant, whatever term, are rude! Not all, the main ignorant 1 is the young child. That's how she acts. I'm putting it on blast. She don't speak, look angry all the time, didn't want to service my simple request for ice! Who does that?! You work in the public, that's how your feed & paid. Treat everyone with kindness & respect. I've been dying for this, & was highly disappointed by the food it self & service
