Lennys Grill & Subs

Ordered bacon cheesesteak and ham/swiss cheese subs to go. Went to the car to eat and realized that that the cheesesteak had no cheese on it at all. The ham/swiss sandwich had white American instead of swiss! I was never told of either change so I assume they thought we would be notice until we got home?? My wife goes back in and we are told that they don't sell sandwiches with swiss cheese. Funny...many of the sandwiches include swiss cheese in the description. Also why wouldn't be told that when we purchased the sandwich?? Very strange. Sandwich was decent but not good service at all.

This review is about my order through UberEats, so I don't have any opinion about the restaurant in person. My Italian sub was excellent! I provided lots of instructions and they followed ALL of them. That alone is so much better than any of the other local sandwich places. I mean it, I've tried every one in my area and none of them ever follow the personal notes. So that's great, and thank you so much! The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I also ordered the chicken salad wrap. Again, very well put together and fresh, but genuinely flavorless. Compared to my Italian sandwich, it was lifeless, even with toppings. I don't know if this is the recipe for the entire Lenny's chain, or if this location makes it bland. All of the packaging was perfect, not soggy because they wrap them up securely. Sandwiches retained their shape and weren't falling apart in any way. Overall, I really enjoyed it, but I'm just avoiding that chicken salad in the future! 乁( •_• )ㄏ

I am typically a huge fan of Lenny's hot subs but my most recent order left a few things to be desired. I had the chicken Philly and my daughter had the steak Philly. The meat was unusually dry and lacked the flavor that I'm used to. My daughter spent most of the time removing the paper that had adhered itself to the sandwich but she too experienced a less than desirable taste to her sub. Now this is not my usual experience with this location but this rating I based on that.

To be candid, the food was not good and the service was average. My partner ordered ‘The Italian’ and I ordered the Chicken Philly. The ingredients from these meals were flavorless and not fresh. It was clear that the product was not sourced from a quality supplier. My partner and I have become physically sick from this. I can’t become a loyal customer and continue to pay for the meals here if I can’t have a delicious, quality, hot meal. Until this establishment cares about its product, I won’t be back.
