Starbucks

Wow super disappointed they wouldn't do the refill for a mall employee like every other Starbucks I've ever been to. Charged me for a whole new drink but I never left the mall. The refill policy was one of my favorite things about Starbucks and the only thing that made it justifiable to pay that much for coffee. Kinda don't want to come here now.

I’m not normally one to complain about customer service, but the cashier acted like I was inconveniencing her by simply ordering from her. She didn’t ask me for my order; she just looked at me, expecting me to just say it. She barely said a word at all, and looked grumpy and like she hated her job. Normally, Starbucks has great customer service, but I hope this girl adjusts her attitude.

The laziest staff ever . ask for a cup of water after buying 5 cups of coffee just moments earlier . No one behind us in line she could have just gotten us the water sense she was just standing there and she made us wait for 4 other customers get there coffee so the other lady can get us the water. Then when it was finally our turn that lady that had to make the water. Gave us a rude look it was a waist of her time to fill the cup with water an ice. Unbelievable just be happy they have a job. This place needs new staff or wake this one up.

Worst customer service ever. I was waiting in line to be attended as someone was ordering in front of me and the attendant behind the bar says ma'am the people in front of you are the last ones. Mind you the lights are all on, there are 3 attendants behind the bar and she said she would not be taking my order. The people in front us looked back just as surprised as I was and I asked the attendant if in fact she would not be taking my order and she said they were done for the night. Clearly the Starbucks chain does not need additional business.. Coming from a person in a customer service industry you never turn away business. The fact that the customer has chosen your coffee shop out of many speaks volumes.. as service was turned down, I'll be taking business where it matters and is welcomed.

This location can never get anything right! I don’t know who trains them! First off, they are so rude. They always seem so frustrated and as if they don’t want to work. They always mess up my drinks! It never tastes right. For some reason this Starbucks doesn’t know how to make any drink! And when told to make it again they get an attitude. You cannot mess with people’s coffee! Get it right!

I genuinely feel bad for writing this review but I write it in hopes that a manager, assisant manager, general manager or just any employee there sees it. I actually work at Northpoint Mall so I always come to this Starbucks because it's obviously the closest one and I only come to get whatever drink I want and leave. I've never really had a bad experience with any of their food/drinks, but the downfall to this location is their customer service. It's sad to say because I love Starbucks and the company and their drinks (even if they're a little pricey) but this is the worst Starbucks I have been to, and again I come here VERY often because I work in the mall. The workers literally do not smile, they are NOT friendly, and their demeanor (all employees at this Starbucks) just seems like they hate their life to be honest. Maybe they don't! But that's exactly what it seems like. At first I observed to see if maybe they were just having a bad day and then time after time I just realized that's how they always were. I always usually have a GREAT experience at all Starbucks but this one just SUCKS. I wish it could change. Whether it's a Monday where they aren't too crazy busy, or even when they are really busy, the employees are always the same. It would be a miracle of things changed at this location because I do wish so, but the last thing I have to say is that they seem like they do not care.... so I mean, hopefully!

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Slow, talking to other employees, not enough staff, and the girl with red dreads at the register seemed like she hated her life. Not one smile from any employee. This place needs a new manager to fire every employee and hire people who know how to actually work in the customer service world. 0 stars!!!
