Well it did not seem quite as good as in the past. The sauce was clear and not as flavorful as previous visits. The veges and chicken seemed well cooked and tasty. Perhaps they will get the sauce thing sorted out. So a pretty decent visit. I am stuffed like a pig and got change back. With a soft drink it was under 9 bucks so a pretty decent deal.

They have a good service but the food has no flavor at all, bad but bad you have to try the food before putting it in front of you. I want to give it a second chance but they should fix that part.

Hours on website not accurate!!! Says it opens at 11:00 in fact they open at 11:30 made me late for work. Would have went somewhere else of I would have known there hours were wrong

Been coming here since I was a child and I’m grateful that it’s never changed. Best mall food around and very nice employees. Very quick too always. Comes in a to go box too which is helpful for the large portions

The food here is awesome. Especially if you like spicy! The staff is really friendly and they usually get you your food within 10 minutes. Which is great if you're on a lunch break. Gotta check them out!

Tereyaki chicken is good. A decent place at the price point in the mall. If no other food chain attracts you this might be the place to visit. Not awesome but decent enough.

Pretty good hibachi place. You can get a good couple meals for under $15 so the value is very good. Since it's hibachi, it's also always very fresh. The staff is wonderful and they have a club card where every time you get teriyaki chicken, you get it stamped. After seven stamps, you get a free meal, so they greatly reward loyalty. Overall, delicious food at an amazing price!

Terrible experience! Asked for sauce on the side but the cook not chef said we don't do that. Every other Sarku across the US does. The cook should not be there representing Sarku because he has no idea about customer experience. I will never do business at this location. No wonder it has a 3.9.
