The food was absolutely bad. They put ground beef instead of chicken and had not put the bill in the package as well. The service was really slow too. Portions and service have gone down and prices have gone up. Will never go back to this place again.

I’ve been going to this location since the 90’s. I always said it was the best Taco Bell in the country. The staff was amazing and the management seemed to be the same until about 10 years ago or so. Since then it has slowly degraded in speed, quality of food and friendliness of the staff.

12 Tacos for $21 and they literally have a tablespoon of meat. Absolutely pitiful!!

I was delivering food and showed up to pick up an order that was placed and paid for around 9 PM and I showed up and the drive threw was closed and door was locked and the employees told me the restaurant closed at 7 PM but the website says otherwise. I noticed after I left, on my food delivery app that several more orders were placed at that location. Meaning multiple people we’re let down because the store closes whenever not the hours on the website. Make it make sense.

Apparently they just close when they feel like it. Had a mobile order placed before they closed, got in line before they closed, and they refused my order. I had already paid online. Don't steal my money next time.

I went to tacobell at exact 11:27pm on 26 Feb 2022 and they said it's closed after taking one car in front of me. This tacobell location closes at 12am and this is 3rd time happened with me from this location. If you are close right before one car gets food, why don't change time online on Google and your website that it's employee's convenience they will decide whatever time they want to close. Very very unprofessional. Atleast mention in your website about timings so we don't drive all the way over ther. Your company is taking their customer for granted. You are in the market because of customers.

I read the sign outside telling me the store was kiosk only. I go in, and order the food, with there being no sign that says "take out only" because kiosks can be used for take out or dine in. I get my food and sit down to eat, and when I try to get napkins, a credit member told me they are kiosk only. I than said that yes it did, it didn't say take out only. So I ask for a refund because the wasn't what i ordered. The crew member mocks me and the supervisor defends her. The crew member insulted me by saying I didn't read. I told her that I did but there were no signs that said take out only. They refused to give me my money back.
This is intolerable and if I had my way their business license would be revoked. They clearly don't value my business and the manager needs to realize that it is a poor business strategy to invoke covid-19 to justify poor customer service.
Unacceptable!
