Mcdonald's

Ordered 4 identical items with a few ad ons that cost extra. Only 1 of them came with what I actually paid extra for. Took 30 min to get my food and fries were beyond ice cold. I would have gone back to complain and get my order fixed but I spent my whole lunch break just waiting to get it. Wasn’t wort being late by 20+ min while they fixed it. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location ever again.

Went inside to pick up a pre-ordered meal that was in clear view (sitting on the counter). I stood there patiently for 20 minutes before the worker even acknowledged me. I politely tried to get his attention and he just kept looking at me and walking back and forth past me lol this place is a complete joke. Definitely will not return.

The young woman on the window was so discourteous and sullen. When I mentioned she must be having a bad day, she rolled her eyes and began to give me my order in slo-motion😠. When she handed the shake , she tipped it so that the whip cream would leak out and I literally had to open my car door to reach it!!!😡Why do you employ childish high schoolers as the cashier if they are not personable and grateful to have a job??! 😤When I come back next time, I will ask for the manager once I have her name. And it will be the last time I patronize this local business. Shame on you kid, you are just the type of River Ridge high schooler I kept my kid from. I hope the manager checks the video from time to time. Their is no explanation for the rude behavior when I'm spending my money with your establishment.🤨

Went to try the new Mc chicken fried sandwich - everybody’s in the game now from Popeyes to Chick-fil-A to KFC...I had the spicy version I have to say it tasted like a giant chicken McNugget. Which I don’t like. Was not impressed with the lack of flavor, bland and the lack of crispy crunch - not worth it. The spicy sauce was spicy but the overall sandwich is just a waste of your time and money. Popeye’s still rocks with Chick-fil-A in 2nd! Then Hooters in 3rd for fried chicken sandwich’s. As for McDonald’s location great, clean wonderful service smiles on their faces very accommodating.

This McDonald's is not very good at customer service I went there on two different occasions and had bad experience both times one night around 12 am I couldnt get my app to work the lady say oh sorry then when I decided to just order the food instead of using my rewards points they turn the drive thru as well as the entire outside lights off on me and NEVER answered again over the loud speaker it was kinda embarrassing to me and felt mean n cruel so I went to waffle house next door then as I was leaving waffle house I see McDonald's had there lights on again and ppl in the drive thru
