Kfc

We were missing a large mash & gravy. When we pulled back around to let them know all the employees and manager were to busy arguing about who messed up to fix the problem. I finally told them it wasn't necessary to argue about it to just give us the food so we could be on our way. The manager told them to close the window and if we wanted to speak to him to come inside. So we went inside, he refused to speak to us for several minutes. So we asked for our money back and he said "gladly". He was so rude and unprofessional. I will never go back.

I would suggest them to please keep the timing updated because it shows open ,but when I go to the store it will be closed. But sometimes it will be ok. Need some cleaning, need to maintain properly. The taste is ok. It doesn’t seems fresh sometimes. And sometimes I don’t know why they are too slow to give the order. The drink in the fountain has no gas , I felt like I’m drinking just normal colored sweet water.

Great experience. We got to the drive through 15 minutes before they opened (didn't realize they open at 11am). They were very nice and said it may be a little bit of a wait. They took my three kids orders and we pulled around and waited maybe four minutes. A super nice employee brought out the three meals and apologized for the wait! Then he told us to have a Blessed day. So nice. It was still before 11, so they were doing us a favor. All three of my kids said the chicken sandwich was better than Popeyes or Chick fil a. We were very impressed and will be back.

Went to KFC today (Sunday 11/7) for a quick meal. We specifically ordered a kids meal, 6 piece wings, and 2 chicken littles. We were told to pull up to the side of the building to wait for our food. To our surprise, the food was not fresh and we were over charged totaling $21.40. Why wait for food and it’s not freshly made, the fries were cold and stale to taste, the wings were hard, and the chicken littles were dry and old. Then we were over charged by the associate adding extra items to my order, they added an extra drumstick to our kids meal charged us for a chicken little value meal to include fries & drinks, and added an extra side of fries, none of that was authorized by me the customer. My customer experience with KFC today, this location is fraudulently trying to increase sales by adding extra items you did not request. I do not recommend this location and if you do by chance order food here, check your receipt thoroughly before leaving this store.

If you want to go to a KFC with no chicken at dinnertime and also get a real bad attitude from the restaurant staff, then this is the place for you! I have never been so mistreated at a restaurant in my life. I don't have high expectations from fast food restaurants (well Chick Fil A is an exception because they hire good staff), but this is the first one to shock me with such a horrible experience. And why would a KFC at 6 pm with no customers not have chicken ready? Apparently because the only person who makes chicken was on break sitting at one of the tables sipping a soda and smoking a cigarette.... IN THE RESTAURANT! Then he has the audacity to laugh at me and say "have a great day!" I don't know who manages this location, but if they worked for me, I would fire them in a heartbeat.

The manager was very nasty! Just an awful person! Didn’t listen to my order and gave me cold food. After I checked and touched the food, this woman took it and placed it back on the rack to serve to another customer. And during a pandemic, wow! I will never eat from this KFC again and I advise you not to as well! Distasteful and disgusting! If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would.
