Five Guys

High quality burger and outstanding fries. I asked for a well-done burger and lightly salted fries ;it turned out as I expected. Fries are very well cooked and you can not stop eating them (calorie alert!). All ingredients are fresh. The two main drawbacks are packaging the burger which was felling apart as I opened it up and the pricing. ~$20 for a cheese burger and a large pack of fries seems to be slightly high for a chained burger store. Large fries is literally LARGE tho. Staff were welcoming and friendly but I expected the store to be cleaner. Fries are strongly recommended.

The kids and I really enjoy Five Guys. Everything is more expensive these days but at least the quality of the food is consistent at this location. And honestly, I prefer Five Guys over Shake Shack as they are priced similarly - at least they overflow the fries here and who doesn't love the peanuts! 3 cheeseburgers, 2 medium (overflowing) fries and 2 sodas = $53

This a very good location in that the staff are friendly and quickly prepare the food. The food is prepared very well..the only thing I'm struggling with now is the cost. Excellent burger and fries but the prices have zoomed beyond what is practical for a hamburger and fries at a fast casual restaurant.

This place never disappoints, when you want a good burger with anything you want on it and fresh Cajun fries come here. I came here for a later dinner around 9pm and they were still quite busy. A few groups of friends and families. I got the bacon cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms, onions,and pickles,(I hear you now pickle haters)and a whole serving of bag fries and then some. Prices are pretty steep but for the fresh fries, double burger and peanuts, what else can I expect? Highly recommend

Never place a delivery Order!! If I can, I put zero stars. I placed my order in the Five Guys website for this location as a delivery order. The delivery was planned to be done by Uber food (driver Daisha D.). The delivery was planned to be completed at 2:03 PM, but I received a message and email saying that the delivery of my order was cancelled, that I need to contact the Five Guys store. I contacted the store and they told me to call Uber for a refund as the order was completed and the driver picked it up. I called Uber and they said that I need to contact Five Guys for a refund as they don't have the billing information for my order. This is not the first time that an issue happens with my order from Five Guys/Uber Food: missing items of my order, really late delivery, and now, not delivery at all. I like the food but I hate the service. This is the last time I order here! I wrote a complaint in the Five Guys website, hope I can obtain the refund of my order.
