Decided to grab some food for my son. I asked for a number one with cheese. Got my food started making my way home to only realize they gave me a number 1 with mac and cheese... turned around the manager was nice enough to give me the same meal with fries instead of mac. Got home to only find out that the sandwich had bacon and pepper jack cheese instead of American... this is beyond frustrating. Not only did the get my order wrong once it was twice... I visit this chick-fa-lay often and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service lately. Won't be returning

I have been a very frequent customer of this Chick-fil-A for years. There have been a few bumps in the road here and there with my order being wrong, etc., but nothing like what I recently experienced. I ordered my meal and a large sweet tea. As I was taking a sip of my drink, I felt something small and sharp come into my mouth from my straw. I spit my drink out only to find the tip of a FINGERNAIL in my drink. I have never been more disgusted in my life.

This has to be one of the best Chickfilas and they have nicest customer service I’ve seen in a very long time from Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is SO busy they had to start coming up with new was to make a faster drive thru without taking their good service and I think they have done a great job. Usually with changes like this the customer service can be very sloppy but not here. They usually remember you and your name even after 1-2 visits and are very polite and efficient inside and through the drive thru. The only thing I would have to say is I usually have to get chicken and meat in general Crispy or cooked more because of the texture it can make me sick and so I know they don’t usually do this request through the drive thru so I requested it thru the app to give them extra time and to see if I could do it this way. Well they did but I felt like I was being judged for it when I came to pick it up. I’ve been trying to just order them regularly now to avoid that and they haven’t been under cooked so they have been fine to eat without the up cook request.

Haven't been to Chik Fil A in a very long time. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and a sweet tea. The chicken itself was great and the lettuce and tomatoes were pretty fresh, but the bun was stale and was crumbling as I ate. In addition, the sweet tea must have been sitting awhile because there was barely a trace if ice and it was nearly room temperature. So unfortunately this was a disappointing visit.

I have given this Chick Fil A a third chance as they are a bit closer to my house, however I am forever done with going there because they consistently provide cold food and not so great customer service. I was there around 5pm yesterday and the fries were cold and chicken had more batter then meat. I will make the extra drive to the Avalon location as they ALWAYS have it together with their customer service and quality of food.
