Been a customer here a very long time. Always a pleasant experience. Pre-pandemic, this location had their stuff together. Jay ran a tight ship, but as of the reopening, this location seems to be out of something every day. Toppers, raw sugar, almond milk, honey, even cup sleeves. This is unusual, considering the new location down the street has everything, never without and has the old GM. Coincidence?

Turns off order ahead using the app that’s being lazy. Easier to fix an online order and have it ready for pickup than make people wait in line, disabling order ahead should get them fired. Lazy, sorry, entitled and if you don’t want to make coffee just quit don’t come in to work and turn off app ordering. Hard to get in and out of crummy parking lot, drive through line wraps out into the street. Get some employees that want to work.

Temporarily closed till Sep 6, 2021due to makeover. It was great while it was open. Conveniently located near multiple shopping areas. Great place to meet people. Outside seating available, and near parking lot. So if you have pets in car, you can be near them and watch them while you are enjoying coffee and snacking.

Not only were the staff courteous and friendly, one particular was over the top helpful. I was having trouble getting dimet in the back of my vehicle because it was so heavy. A sweet woman was taking out trash and offered her assistance. I'm afraid I didn't catch her name but I'm 1000% sure she is the main reason why this store is sooooo clean!!!!
