Altona Sports Club

Came here on Pizza and Ribs night and ordered the full rack of ribs. Ribs were succulent, delicious and fell off the bone. Chips were well seasoned and salad was serviceable but overall good value for the price. Washed it all down with a White Rabbit Dark Ale pint which is a cracking beer and a great addition to their tap list. Overall nice experience with efficient and friendly staff. Look forward to coming back to one of their other specials nights and also will get a $5 membership to take advantage of all the discounts.

It was a great day overall. Quite a few young families attended. Staff and some attendees showed the spirit for Australia day. Band was excellent, mostly 60's to late 80's music, with most of the crowd being in there 40's plus. Drinks were reasonable prices, meals great value, with senior meals at a good value price. Staff very efficient and friendly

Our go to place for an impromptu dinner after work and school as it has a kids playground and outdoor area. Good food, good prices, become a member it’s worth it. Staff always friendly and patient, being partially deaf sometimes I struggle and need to take my time to concentrate never have I seen them be bothered by this.

Had there fish-a-man’s basket everything was from a frozen bag or box the worst meal I have had in years !! Prawns very small , the fish you could tell was frozen and pre-packed and tiny scallops all dropped into hot oil and tasteless. I could not have been more disappointed it ruined my night and the only reason you got ONE-STAR was because I had to for review purposes. John

Over 3 days I spent over $6000 on the Monopoly game and certainly didnt get back a 92% return !!!! I would say that a lot of the machines are fixed because all the other monopoly gaming machines in Melbourne did not perform as bad as this club....never go there to play because something is definitely shifty....
