Cheap and cheery flake and chips to feed all! Even sushi! Quality for reasonable price. AND they provide tartare and lemon. Our go-to at Altona beach every time. Only thing is we didn't really enjoy the fish or the day due to its watery texture but that was just us. Afternoon snack after a road trip to the country and back. Dropped in for some steamed dimmies. Delicious. Nice and hot and asked for soy sauce and was given plenty. You can also get souvlaki and sushi packs as well as fish and chips. The owners are lovely and always smiling whenever I visit. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking out the front.

We ordered fish and chips for lunch at work from here today. Worst I have ever had, no one on shift enjoyed it. The grilled flake I ordered was small soggy and appeared to be wrapped in a tortilla of some sort not crumbed or battered. The calamari rings were not calamari, more consistent with the inside of a McDonald's chicken nugget minus the taste. Potato cakes were approximately 2"-2.5" in diameter one of which was 95% batter. Very disappointed given the good reviews here.

I ordered fish and chips and a burger the lot. The girl asked me about the type of fish and i replied Barramundi. Lady took the order and after me two customers ordered, one of them was a big order so they dispatched that big one before me. Well, I waited 40 minutes, i took my ordered and when I got home they didn't give me the chips........ I went back and paid for the chips, at the end I paid more and waited an hour for a fish a chips and a burger. When you say what can go wrong? It's just fish and chips. Well everything went wrong. Avoid this place.
