Wah Sing Take Away Food

PLEASE READ! Sadly, I rang Wah Sing to order my favorite dish(Mongolian beef), which I've been ordering from Wah Sing for the last 15 years. It kept ringing out so I had to find out what was going on. I was so saddened as when I walked in the door all that was there were massive ceramic POTS...and the fantastic women who had been serving me for the last 15years. All I could say was, "Oh NO, what am I going to do?". She pointed me to the Tong Sing across from them. Never had I been there. I heard ages, like 14 years ago to not go there. I didn't remember that at the time.... "I WILL NEVER, EVER GO THERE AGAIN." It was not good. Then I remembered... I could've done a better job, and I really can't cook Asian. Try it out for yourself it might have changed? To the Tong Sing staff at Borrack Square, if you read this please don't get offended as I'm not saying this to be nasty, just talk to the Wah Sing woman how to make her Mongolian beef dish...
