The food is really nice and a good price. HOWEVER, the wait is RIDICULOUS. If you order at the weekend, you are looking at an hour and half to TWO HOUR wait and it's not worth that.

Unsatisfactory service and quality. Used to order here frequently. However, last orders were abysmal. Ordered kebabs and salad had slugs (not to mention the 2 hour wait). Notified them they offered compensation, but this was never honoured. Ordered again recently, referencing their promise but got no response. Food arrived and tasted off, salad and meat wasn't fresh and chips were stale like they'd been refried/reheated.

We’ve ordered on line from Pinocchios for a long time. A while back we sometimes had food delivered that wasn’t brilliant. Recently everything we’ve had has been really good - well within the time stated, hot & tasty 😋
