Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut is great! The employees are very friendly and always make sure we are happy with our order. They always greet us with smiles. The food is always hot and delicious from the pizza to the sandwiches to the wings. We have never had anything we weren't happy with. It is always made perfect. The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable. Great place to take the family or just go chill quietly for some good food and drink. :)

Me and my kids were trying to get some pizza for dinner, we love Pizza Hut, I’ve usually never had problem with this Pizza Hut but this time our server was rude she had raised her voice a couple of times. Refills were a pain to get. Then she told me I didn’t know how to box my left over correctly because I asked for a separate container for my wings. And then to my right were small roaches and one big water bug on the floor.

Fix your online system! This is hard on your staff, but they handled it GREAT and treated us with respect! Short version: I ordered 3 pizzas, a cinnabon mini pack, and a 2 liter drink ONLINE. It showed me that it sent. The store received an order for 1 pizza and a 2 liter drink. This resulted in an obvious issue when we arrived to pickup what your online system told us we ordered. Again, staff was courteous and respectful and fulfilled the correct order as promptly as possible! FIX YOUR SYSTEM! It is tough on your AWESOME staff!

Good pizza, not exactly a great example of good service, as there was a mishap with the lobby not being open due to maintenance. (Which is fine I understand but not the issue) I knew I could only retrieve the pizza at the drive thru after reading the sign they put out front. It was raining so I placed the order far ahead of time since I mostly walk to get to where I need to go. I called ahead to inform them where I would be standing *after* seeing another customer retrieve their pizza on foot in the drive thru. Honestly I felt like I was being ignored as I stood in the rain with my flip flops. After some time waiting (more than a reasonable amount of time) The person serving me opened the window and apologized saying that "they couldn't see me." Though I had called ahead as to where I would be standing to recieve my pizza. Even going so far as to walk back and forth in front of the window to try and catch their attention. Which, I have my doubts as to whether or not they actually didn't see me. Just seemed like they had some type of issue with me personally. Which may or may not be the case, but I did my due diligence to inform them properly. What was I supposed to do? Bash the window in the drive thru to get their attention? No. I called like a civil person. Even though I was getting wet and wanted to get home ASAP. Perhaps I sounded rushed and they wanted me to learn how to wait outside in the cold rain? P.s. My food had been ready for 15 minutes at the time of calling, so no they were not busy preparing it. Anywho! Buyer beware!
