La Fiesta Grande

We went there and waiter was good. Ordered appetizer waited more than 25 min for them. The people come in after us received there food before us and we were still waiting. Manager wanted to argue with us and said ticket was only in there for 15 min. Ask for ticket to pay for our teas had to be somewhere else I could understand if they were busy but was not. I liked eating in here but probably won't go back.

I ordered carry out and was charged $21.63. Problem is that they said they never got my order. So I asked why they charged my debit card then. Manager said she would call me back. She didn’t. I call again. Manager said she would look into it and call me back. She didn’t. I call again. Someone else took my info and said they would call me back. They did but I missed the call. So I call them again. Same manager again says she wants proof. So I sent the my debit card statement showing I was charged. Still haven’t heard back from them. It’s been 20 days so far. This is the second time they stole from me. Never got anything back from the first time. Ridiculous

I used to love eating here the enchiladas and chile rellenos were amazing but tonight it was horrible the food was cold I asked him to warm it up it made him mad my daughter actually got his stomach ache and didn't even finish her meal. Definitely will not be back the service and food have gone way downhill.
