Starbucks

There’s probably one Starbucks corporate store that knows how to make their own drinks this one did my drink wrong twice and it’s literally the drink of the month a picture of how it’s supposed to look is on their menu it baffles me! I work at a United Starbucks for about two weeks and I know how to make cold foam right! Get your staff trained right!!!! Goodness paying for the wrong drinks is kinda messed up because Starbucks isn’t the cheapest place to go!

Coffee was good, staff was friendly. Guessing staff was a little too friendly bc they allowed 2 homeless ppl to hang out and bother customers without purchasing things. No judgment to their situation but they hovered close to paying customers.at the tables, tried talking to them and asking for money, used the restroom, and never made a purchase themselves. As a single woman, it made me uncomfortable.

I believed that I was making a simple request when I was ordering a royal English breakfast tea with steamed whole milk and a pike coffee with steamed whole milk. The barista cashier informs me there is no milk and I thought that was ridiculous being its a coffee shop but no big deal. I changed it to half and half. Approximately 20 minutes later no coffee and the person behind me just received their beverages. Finally I get my coffee and they are still making the tea with steamed whole milk or so I think. At about the 25 minute mark I just tell the cashier to give me the hot tea plain. What I saw behind the counter was no teamwork and chaos. If your the cashier and you see your baristas busy then make the coffee and tea for them so all they have to do is add the creamer. Don't whisper in their ear another order that's already 20 minutes late that someone else failed to do. I would have asked to speak to the manager but after seeing the chaos of their store I felt it pointless. I hoped maybe a district manager would see the reviews and take a hard look at this place.

We usually have a good experience coming here from out of town, not recently. Tried ordering a tall coffee but was told the grinder was broken. Was given an Americano which tasted like watered down coffee. Yuck. Same thing w the Starbucks down the street. What in the world is going on? You’re a coffee house but yet can’t serve coffee?

This location is your typical Starbucks experience. The inside of the store is pretty clean and the baristas as helpful and nice. Our drinks were as we were used to them being and, as always, delicious. They were slightly limited on their reusable cup selection but still good. Restrooms could be slightly cleaner and probably updated.
