Mcdonald's

Those People that work there are so unfriendly. I stood there 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. I finally hollared 3 times and some Lady in a blue shirt turned around and looked at me and said go order on that machine whatever she called it. She was do rude. I told her all I wanted was a coke. She sent some girl over to give me a cup and took my money. The Girl never said two words to me. I told her you don' t smile?? She kept her head down and didn't say anything. Needless to say I won't be back.

I went there this morning at 10:45 and ordered a combo that they had on the menu of a sausage McMuffin and a hash brown for $2, they said it would be 2.17. I pulled up to the window to pay and they said it was 3.13. I told them about the price on the menu and they told me it was after 10:30 so the price went up. I told them that it didn’t say that on their menu and they told me that is just how it is and that she couldn’t change the price. I asked, then get the manager to fix it. The Manager came over and said the same thing, it is after 10:30 so that price isn’t good anymore and that it is 3.13. Now understand I have the 3 dollars and had that been the price I would have paid it and gone on. The problem I have is that is no different than going to Walmart and they have a TV listed for $2000 and you go to check out and they tell you it is after 10:30 in the morning so it is now $3000, no where does it say that. Here is my complaint when is it OK to charge 30% more because of what time it is and not disclose that price increase anywhere.

Was greeted very rudely, The employee working the front register didn't want to take my order she told me to order on the kiosk. I told her i didn't want to order on the machine and she said that she would take my order. In the middle of me ordering she says to me "i don't know what you want" and i proceeded to cuss her out. If you would close your mouth and listen to my order, you would know what I want. Horrible employee and horrible customer service.
