Wingstop

I had a very bad experience. I had called more than once waiting on the phone over 20 minutes. I drove up and walked up to the counter to show cashier how I was still waiting on the phone for someone to take my order. I asked to speak to manager and he wasn’t helpful. I did see two employees with no hurry on to getting to the phone to take my order. I also saw a phone cord un hooked and took a photo and asked the manager if that was why I kept being on hold for so long. His reply was his employees have been busy . I was hoping for a better response .

This place is a joke. We walked in and 3 people were standing there all acting like they were cooking. Called for someone to come to the front no one came up. Another man walked in and they helped him first. Finally got our food after 10 mins waiting with no acknowledent. Then the ice machine was empty and no one even asked if they could fill it for us. Never had this bad of customer service here. There were at least 7 employees and no one wanted to help us.
