Burger King

It sucked...fries were cold, chicken nuggets were cold and my wife's burger was cold. Nothing was cooked fresh and everything was under a warmer for no telling how long. The only good part of the meal was the soda beverage. Also there were flies everywhere and dirty tables uncleaned. We won't be going back again!!!

am highly upset. I ordered 27.00 worth of food they tried 2 times to give my husband the wrong order got home started checking order out and I called the site ask them if they could read I hate lettuce and tomatos and ketchup on my burger guess what it does. Wanted us to drive back up there gas ain't cheap read what people want and do not want

Bad these grill people can’t even read a simple grill request. Ordered DoorDash it’s not their fault but you can’t get a full refund from them so I will leave my nice ac home and drive up there to get a refund and a new burger! The burger still as expensive as gasoline it’s the least the manager can do

I ordered a whopper with cheese, no onions or tomatoes, large fries and a large Dr pepper. I was an emergency at home and I was needing to hurry so I went through the druve through BIG MISTAKE. There was only one car in front of me yet it took several minutes before you took my order after she took my debit card and charged me for the food, it took several more minutes before she handed my card back. It took so long that I was forced to to leave without my food.

***Update*** Tried it again. All of the hamburgers were messed up and not what we ordered. Went back and they remade the burgers. The burgers were cold, buns were not toasted. Our fries got colder waiting on the burgers. I realize they were working with a skeleton crew, but you were taking one order at a time, making it, then taking another order. No receipt given. Usually they tell me they are out of printer paper. The nuggets were also cold. _-------------------------------------------------------- Burgers cold as usual. No receipts. Food was old and cold. Burger buns cold to the touch, meat was just barely warm. Sauces on burgers was oozing and dripping. Had it have been hot, it might have tasted better. This was a good place to eat, but many have noticed Burger Kings in Amarillo aren't good anymore. The one on Amarillo Blvd has much better food. One on Coulter serves cold food too. Someone come in and clean up because your competition are taking in the dough I would imagine.

So I usually Just do not like Burger King but every once in a blue moon I like a breakfast sandwhich. Not this time. The sandwich was cold real cold like it just sat waiting and I asked for No egg because I just did not feel like egg that day. So I am not sure why it was so cold and the hash brown were cold as well. Not frozen but cold and not cold from the ride to eat it but like it sat cold at Burger King. It will be that much longer before I go to Burger King again.
