Denny's

This Denny's has really gone downhill compared to what it used to be. Asked for cheese on my hash browns and there was barely a sprinkle of it on them. Couldn't even tell it was there and was charged .79 for it. The two strips of bacon looked like 2 half strips of bacon. My choconana pancakes had no banana very little chocolate chips and were sent without syrup and butter and all of it looked like it was kid sized portions of food instead of regular portions like what ur used to getting. And that is just the things that were wrong with my order not including my husbands order being messed up as well. I ordered online on my way home from a long 17hr workday and was just looking forward to going home and eating a great meal to end my day. Was very disappointed it was missing so many things and was just not what a Denny's meal used to be at all. Especially not for the price. It will definitely drop them to the bottom of my places to eat if I decide to ever go back.

Waitress was nice, but I found a hair in my food. The option they gave me was take it off my bill OR make me something else. As a nursing mother I was needing to eat but felt I should have been comped something. The manager was made aware yet didn't even come to the table to assist or anything like most reputable places will.

We typically go to Jimmy Eggs, but on Saturday they were too full so we went to Denny's. I am giving it 5 stars, only because of our server Martha, otherwise I would give less. We have eaten at this Denny's a few times. They weren't too busy. When we walked in, no one acknowledged us. They assumed we had two people, so I let the young woman know their would be twelve of us, with two high chairs included. She said, "I don't want a table that big." They got our table ready and we had Martha for a server. She was amazing! She seemed like she really wanted to work, because she was the main one I saw seating tables. She refilled our coffee constantly. She took our order by memory and rang it in. The food came out pretty fast. She had other tables, but continued to take care of us. We will be back to sit in Martha's section!

These people are so slow. You order online thinking it would be faster than eating inside and yet you end up waiting nearly an hour for your order. Then if your lucky the waitress will act like they are so busy that she can't make your drinks!!! Denny's please hire a completely new staff preferably a staff with manners. Thanks
