They're pretty fast on getting your order out. I've actually only been asked once, maybe twice to pull ahead out of the several dozens of times I've been here. I haven't eaten in store or really gone in store for this one. But I'm pretty sure the in-store experience would be just as good if not better. Very well customer-minded!

This McDonald's use to be a great place to stop for a quick drive thru pick up. Last few times I've been here it's taken longer than usual to get one meal. My last visit I was pulled up from pick up window to wait on my meal. I understand employee shortages but when I can see 4 or 5 people just standing around talking that means someone isn't doing their job.

I love the way that they use the app to offer you great discounts on the food. If there is a problem with the order they fix it right away and get it back out to you as fresh as possible

They gave me old fries and got mad when I asked for fresh ones. They slammed the window and then tried to cheat on their drive time by asking me to move up and out of the way. I’m all for helping others out, but the concept of lines is, I’m in line before you so I get served before you. It’s pretty simple and basic. Why serve old food and then get an attitude when I say I don’t want it? It’s not charity. I’m actually paying for this. Seems like all of them, even management need to be trained because there’s no way it was done properly if they got trained at all. They don’t know anything about customer service. I know you can’t teach common sense, but that would be nice too. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Don’t order kids meals. You tell them extra fries. They said they will put it in. I ask twice. The kids said it was in there twice. Bad franchise bad management and bad customer service. Don’t order here. They don’t include the extra fries or the gogurt or apples they are supposed to include in it.
